Sad
Please listen to the reviews and do not stay here. It’s disturbingly disgusting and ran down. I stayed here so many times throughout my childhood so I really didn’t listen to the reviews but I was completely shocked at the appearance of the hotel and was so ready to check out and get back home where I felt safe and clean again.

Maybe try elsewhere
The staff was very nice and helped me with any questions I had. They gave my family rooms right next to eachother like I requested. The rooms were worn down and very outdated there was on table and one nightstand but nowhere else to set anything other than on the mini fridge. The flooring was coming up, the windows were gross, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable.

The hot tub was cold and they let lots of kids and people all at once splash around and horse play so nobody could enjoy and relax. The rooms was super dirty and not picked up. Some pools was closed. On the wing we booked our room, the pool was closed.

We went there with friends so the kids could swim and play, way too many bday parties, water was cold, and only one pool open! They should only allow one bday party at a time, hire workers, and figure out a better way to make customers happy! 20% isn’t much!!

Lobby area was updated & clean. Carpet in hallway of rooms was very stained. I knew ahead of time, from reviews, that sounds from pool area & hallways were loud & could be heard in the room, so I can’t complain since I knew ahead if time.

I liked the ideal of being right next to Adventure Land park. But oh boy, this place is a dump. DuMP.

Lifeguard stalked us. My daughter and I and my 3 & 4 your old grandchildren were the only people in the pool and I do not know how many times he just circled blowing the whistle multiple times for what we do not know. After spending $50 in the arcade to earn a train whistle, someone knocked on our door and said the whistle was bothering the lifeguard. I suggest you take that up with the arcade. The kids love it there, but we will not go back.

The rooms were decent but that was it. The pools were absolutely disgusting. One of the three pools was closed. The other pool has stuff floating in it including bandaids and giant hair wads. The small children’s pool had a kid poop in it and they kept it open and was putting kids swim still. There were no towels. When I went to the front desk to ask for pool towels they told me to go back to the pool area and look for some. The gift shop has nothing in it and couldn’t even find a staff member to help me. Since swimming was a bust we decided to go to the arcade and it was closed. It was a Saturday and the arcade closed at 4. Check in isn’t even until four so that makes no sense. We ended up leaving and finding something else to do.

The second pool was closed! And so was the arcade! My child was having her birthday there. Her favorite part is going to the arcade. The pool was packed due to the other being closed. It was hard to keep track of all my children I had at the party. I feel I should have been offered a discount because of two out of their three featured amenities were closed.

Wish they could have mentioned the hideabed sofa at check in because we didnt noticed til bed and we had to wait a half hour for it to be delivered.
