Great location next the river. Having the breakfast area in same area as the office it was very crowded, which didn't open until 7am. Small amount of building maintenance, but rooms and property were extremely clean. Rooms were updated. Friendly staff.

Just ok.

Red River is beautiful, but I think all of the hotels are probably outdated and run down. This one was no different. The staff was pleasant but overwhelmed. The rooms were ok, air conditioning didn’t work and the room had a weird smell. It appeared clean enough, but it wasn’t overwhelming for the amount of money we paid.

Beautiful location on creek….woods….deer. Unusually good breakfast…not just usual motel stuff. Wish I could come back in summer. It must be really great. Or winter….ski lift a few feet from door.

We loved that it was right next to the river which we saw folks fishing and catching fish. One block from main street area where all of the restaurants were located..just take a nice walk to eat or have drinks at the brewery. Room was large and clean. Breakfast the next morning was huge with eggs, bacon, toast, etc. which they made for us right on the spot.

This is an old hotel right on the river and near Main Street and all it’s attractions as well as the ski area. The breakfast was wonderful and was included with the stay. The beds were comfortable, and our room was nice. The only drawback for us was the climb upstairs to our second floor room as we are elderly, and my husband is handicapped. We would definitely stay here again on the first floor. Red River is a beautiful area with lots to see and do.
