Staff was friendly and helpful however the water was bad and was afraid of the smell and colour was black. My guess is that due to the country state not much visitors are coming in and the taps are not being run from time to time. Hence the smell and colour. I run it for 30 mins and hot water was still black.

Awesome staff!
The staff here are so incredibly attentive and kind. The manager left soy milk in our fridge so we could have it with our cereal the next morning. They offered the free head massage earlier than their regular time because we were rushing off to the airport - it was amazing! They insisted on carrying our bags out, helped negotiate a taxi and were wonderful! The things that could be improved is their vegan options at breakfast. There are so many amazing fruits and veggies that could be offered to showcase all that Myanmar has to offer and everyone would enjoy them and be healthier for it! We did appreciate that they made us some stir fried noodles as there really wasn't anything else on offer besides the yummy papaya and watermelon for us to eat. The music at breakfast should be changed to the music in the spa - much calmer and pleasant.

Great hotel, slightly odd location.
Clean, comfortable, hotel, with very helpful staff and management. The location is not a the best, but it's only about 20 minutes walk from the shopping district of Sule. Facilities are good. The restaurant is decent. laundry service is excellent. All prices at the hotel are totally reasonable. Great value for the money.

Disgusting hotel (dirty, lots of bugs and insects)
So far the worst place I stayed in SE Asia (even worse than many cheap hostels or other basic accommodations). Rooms and the hotel may look "modern", but rooms are dirty, full of mosquito's, flies and other flying insects, which can easily get inside due to poor quality of windows and I think also through old and dirty A/C. Also, the area around is very loud as it's a place where all the big trucks are being repaired and drivers stay overnight. It's also very far away from the city centre. Breakfast is quite ok, though.

Hotel is not very accessible Not in Downtown. Take taxi to travel. Taxi drivers need to call to ask the exact location.
Offered free drink on arrival and 15 minutes complimentary massage. Had dinner a few times in the restaurants. Food is good! Breakfast is enough to make you full. Very helpful staff.

Great service but poor infrastructure and WIFI.
Overall, the stay at hotel 63 was great not because of the hotel itself but because of the staff. The operations manager specifically, was very helpful throughout our stay at the hotel. I personally can say that he went above and beyond his job to help us and gave us the wonderful experience.

Nice hotel away from the busy city center
This hotel is outside the edge of the city center. We were happy to return to this quiet and clean hotel after touring the busy city center and attractions. Close by is a super market if you need fruits and pastries. The breakfast was plenty and good. The staff speaks limited English except for its manager. To the city center costs approx 2000 K and 10-15 min by taxi.

Not bad for Yangon
Cozy hotel in a neutral area. One of the nicer bargain hotels in Yangon from what I could find. Helpful staff but not a lot of English skill.

Clean and Comfortable Room
Rooms are reasonably priced, space is adequate and beds are fairly big and comfortable.
Hotel cafe serves good food and drinks till late night at very reasonable price.
Location of the hotel is little far of the city center. It's located nearby shipping port therefore you hear trailers moving throughout the night. A little noisy at night together with stray dogs barking.
Hotel staffs are polite and helpful.
