A decent place to sleep
This older hotel has an excellent, caring and attentive staff. It is located off major highways & easy to find. No road noise. Location handy to downtown and local attractions. Breakfast was well-stocked, but average. Comfortable beds & pillows. Heat worked fine. Plenty of hot water, but difficult to regulate temperature. The window curtains never close, so, BAM! daylight interrupts sleep.

Great stay overall!
I was super happy with the hotel condition, modern feel and the surrounding community. The staff were sometimes overwhelmed and not the best at talking to customers, except Cookie who checked us in! Ten stars for her! The room was super clean except for a couple water bugs in the bathroom in the morning. Breakfast was awesome! The lounge area was so comfortable and private!

Was very disappointed with an early check-in fee for a room that was ready, but further disappointed by a door that didn't latch, a hair in the bed and a TV that didn't work. If it wasn't for the woman Courtney, that was working the front desk, this would have been a nightmare stay. Courtney was the lone bright spot of this stay as she did everything she could from changing the linen herself to trouble shooting the issue with the TV.
