Nothing wrong with the hotel or room itself, which were fine. However, the last night I was at the Linq, I came back to my hotel room in the middle of the night and noticed my key card didn't work. A woman was standing outside my hotel room, saying that she had been checked into my room but she had found belongings inside. Speaking with the front desk, it was determined that a hotel employee had checked out someone else on my floor but my room number had been checked out mistakenly. I was checked back into my room and escorted by a security guard to see if all my belongings were intact. Instead of comping the room as a courtesy, the best the hotel could do was not charge me the nightly parking fee. This is ridiculous, as another customer had been given access to my room but thankfully did not steal anything; this was a serious liability on Linq's part. Other than that, the room itself and the hotel were fine to stay at and were clean and hospitable.
