Horrible experience
This hotel was horrible, the building was deplorable, there was rodents and roaches. There was loud music and fighting amongst other guests at the facility all hours of the night. There were unattended animals in the hall ways and hanging out the windows ( I have pictures to prove) the hotel smelled like smoke and marijuana from the front desk all the way through the building. There were no comforters in the room, the towels had stains on them, the sheets had hair on them and what appeared to be blood stains on them. Loud screaming from surrounding rooms. In and out traffic that appeared to be drug related behavior.

Homeless camp
Did not stay at the hotel. Checked in went to the room saw how nasty it looked and smelled like weed bad. Do not recommend and did not get money back for that first day because it took more than 30 minutes to find a decent lit parking space and get everything up to the room.

Well didn’t even stay that night.Motel 6 had no more rooms avail after I booked the room.Customer Service lady says I’ll be refunded for the inconvenience.Terrible service and I’m probably going to delete Hotels.com app if I don’t get refunded.Love the app but this is the second time this is happen to me and Hotels.com didn’t help on situation.So pls make this right.Pls call Motel 6 and she will let you know.Stay bless

Horrible Experience
We prebooked our room here on our way home from a long trip. When we arrived, we waited a long time before anyone bothered to show up at the front desk, and the m smell in the lobby was so bad it was nauseating.
When we finally went to check in, we were told even though we prepaid and prebooked our room, there was no room for us there. When I clarified this was the case even though we had booked ahead of time and asked if there was anyone else to talk to, I was dismissed with “there are no managers here. Contact hotels.com.”
We had to scramble to find a new hotel in a city we didn’t know late at night. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Well at check in you need to know the $20 deposit is cash only and there's no ATM in the hotel.serms short staffed and housekeeping go check in is not 3:00 p.m. it's more like 4:00. I had to ask the light bulbs for my room there was only three lights that actually somewhat worked, the AC is leaking onto the floor so the vinyl flooring is wet and squishy with water. Elevator is malfunctioning has to close door three times to go and then it sounds alarms and just super slow. The stairs are marked for emergency exits that alarms will go off so those aren't accessible to use those in and out so the broken elevator is your only go to. Fun times but you get what you pay for, even in a "deluxe" room

Because of unforeseen circumstances I was forced to stay here. They were understaffed and because of that I was not able to check in until 6 PM. I went out to dinner on Sunday with my puppy and upon my return my Apple Watch was stolen. After returning from getting dinner on Monday night a pair of my shoes were stolen. My location for my watch had been saying it’s at the hotel. When informing the staff, the front desk associate was very rude and basically said they only had 1 housekeeper and so they don’t know what happened. I continued telling her I only had 1 key and that the items were stolen when my puppy was not in the room. I have since filed a police report. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel.
