We'll stay there again.
Good location with lost of restaurants, bars, and shopping nearby. Very nice breakfast with lots of fresh fruit and other healthy options, with some indulgent options, too. Walking distance to some of the parks, gardens, and other sights in BA. Friendly staff who were very helpful with practical issues including a date change on our return through BA at the end of our Argentina trip, luggage storage, etc. And Luisa the cat was an added bonus to a relaxed and comfortable stay.

Mixed Bag
Bens L’Hotel Palermo is a mixed bag. On the plus side. The location is fantastic. The hotel is located on a nice quiet street close to many restaurants and shops. The staff is warm and welcoming. And, the pool area is a relaxing oasis. On the negative side. We had a first floor room. The room was very noisy and small. We could not open both of our suitcases at the same time unless we used the bed. Additionally, the room was tired, in need of a major update. The bathroom was the worst part. There was mold in the bathroom. The breakfast was the worst we have seen in a long, long time. The coffee was undrinkable. The pastries were stale. We , along with several other guests, just went across the street to the café for breakfast. With Bens L’Hotel Palermo is all depends on your priorities.

Very Nice Stay
I had a lovely stay at BENS L'Hotel. It is a very nice boutique hotel with a pretty garden and small pool. The garden has beautiful flowers and tables and chairs to sit. The breakfast room is at the end of the garden and has a good selection from sweets/breads to eggs and cereal. The reception area is very nice and the staff were very nice and helpful with planning tours, cabs, and general information. It is also 1 block from Seranno Square. My room was overlooking the garden and was very comfortable with large windows and a small balcony to sit on. The neighbourhood of Palermo is quite safe and has lots of restaurants and a scops.

Nice little hotel in the middle of Palermo. The place is very charming, it is a vintage hotel in a vintage neighborhood so if your are looking for sparkling over sterile space then this is not what you are looking for. The staff are super friendly and are very helpful. Lots of dinning options near by and the area is quite lively in the evening.

A lot misrepresentation - avoid this hotel
Shocked by the reviews here, location is the only good thing. Please check the bad reviews as they are more reflective of the reality of the condition of this hotel. Our rooms floor was dirty, under the toilet seat had not been cleaned. A lot of the rooms are misrepresented. There is no sound proofing and the hotel is adjacent to a bar and a ‘private dining room’. The room smelt of damp, our room had visible signs of mould which is frankly dangerous. The entire hotel needs a renovation. We checked out after one night after not being able to sleep till 5am because of the noise. Hotel has failed to compensate us for the misrepresentations. Unfortunately I can’t upload videos.
