Very friendly and helpful staff. Decent dinner and breakfast selection. Some rooms are very far from the lift lobby but fortunately the hotel offers trolleys to bring luggage to the rooms and airport terminals. Wish there was coffee and not only tea provided in the rooms.

It's far from T2 by walk, T1 is closer. Convenient for family trips, easy to get to subway. Breakfast has many choices.

Amazingly modern hotel but get room close to lifts

Amazing new hotel, about a 20 minutes indoor walk to the check in counter. Rooms are immaculate, thought through and really modern. Only downside was that I had a room really far from the lift and rolling a trolley bag over the high friction carpet for 5 mins was really exhausting.

We loved our stay. The hotel is about 10 minute walk from the airport, the beds are very confortable, everything is modern and clean. The staff is very helpfull. We received a bag of fresh fruits upon our arrival. We would stay there again when visiting Shanghai.

The hotel itself was clean and everything looked great, but unfortunately the service was really poor. Instead of feeling welcome, I felt like a burden staying here. That ruined what could have been a much better experience.

Brand new facility, it seems. Connected to both terminal buildings via skywalk only within ten minutes. Very good professional receptionists at check in and friendly staffs all around the hotel. Beautiful and clean rooms worth value for money. AC and shower is good, shower toilet is excellent. Dining facility is well prepared and priced. The breakfast is satisfactory - means well balanced western and Chinese menu. Because it is situated near airport railway, the train sounds all the time but hotel provides curtesy earplug, that is nice! I had a very good transit stay at this hotel.
