We had a wonderful time. Everyone was nice. It was a very relaxing weekend. We enjoyed walking the old parts of the city and the Christmas lights were beautiful

Entire property needs updating. It’s tired. Parking definitely issue if have a big car. Must say provided good breakfast. Very slow but only one person handling abt a dozen people. Location to center of town walkable.

The breakfast was delicious and a lot of comfort food but balanced with fruit, meat options, bread with coffee and tea. Parking is difficult because it is small but its a bed and breakfast so that's expected. Also, there's one caveat, it would be best if they had an ice maker.

Quick weekend trip to historic St Augustine to visit with my son who attends Flagler. B&B was in a perfect location within walking distance of everything. Breakfast was great and room as advertised. Parking was tight, but it was at least on site.

Excellent location in the heart of St Augustine. An easy walk to all the key places of interest, restaurants, bars etc. An excellent breakfast was provided each day. Michelle and Ellie were very friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The room and en-suite were comfortable and quiet. Thoroughly recommended. We'd have no hesitation in staying here again.

Not sure how this place got an exception rating. Dated. Dirty. Parking horrible. Not response to no hot water from first day. Didn’t experience breakfast or happy hour so I won’t comment. Location is decent. Very disappointed overall.
