The bathroom door was coming off the hinges. The counter was broken and the stove didn’t work. Room was dusty floor looked nasty. They served the same breakfast everyday for the whole week. Sinks and bathtub did not drain.

Would not stay there again
The first room we were given had ants crawling up the wall, the AC didnt work (room temp stayed consistently at 76) and appeared very unclean. Debated leaving the hotel all together. Asked to change rooms. We were accommodated to a room with working A/C. Room appeared cleaner. No visible ants, but did find ants crawling in my daughters sippy cup, after being in room a few hours. No blankets for beds. Only sheets. Shower curtain pole falling out of the wall, which made curtain unable to close for privacy. Smelled unclean. Workers were very nice and helpful though. Hotel was going through renovations, maybe we just got unlucky. But would not stay there again.

Save your money and stay elsewhere
Hotel looks nice in photos but is not in nice condition in person. Rooms are very poor conditions. Hot water in our room smelled badly of mold. Our door didnt have the proper locks on it. Mold in bathroom. Doors in room were in terrible conditions. Dust/dirt all over ceiling from air vents. Also charged me $100 incidentals hold for 3-5 days after check out, which wasnt mentioned in hotels.com writings. Ice machine didnt work. Beds at least were clean and comfortable. A lot of rooms had stickers on their doors stating not ready and what problems they were having such as water leaks or other issues. Had to ask for blankets for all beds and only 2 bath towels for a room that slept 6. Staff was very nice to deal with. Property is just starting to undergo renovations to become a different hotel but it needs a lot of work. Would not recommend.

A great deal!
I stayed at this property last year around this time. It was undergoing renovation then, and although that renovation is still continuing, it did not alter or hamper my experience. I found the room to be clean, the beds comfortable, the staff courteous and friendly, and the breakfast good. It is also quite close to the Disney parks, which is the reason for my visit. I have read comments in the reviews about the hotel being run down and stains on the furniture. I have worked in customer service all my life, and to be perfectly honest, a lot of people are just pigs. Just because there is a stain doesn't mean the item isn't clean. Sometimes, no matter how much you clean, a stain will not come out. If you are looking for an immaculately clean and pristine hotel that looks like it was built yesterday, then go somewhere else and pay $350 to $400 a night or more. For the price you are charged at this hotel, I think it's a great deal. I plan to stay here again when I come to Disney next year.

Meh
Receptionists was very pleasantly upon arrival. While the property is under construction, its important to note theres strong odors amongst the floors. The 3rd floor had a very strong odor of mold. The firdt floor smelled like stale water. Both beds had significant sinking spots in them, while not the most comfortable, they were sufficient. The outside doors that are "locked for your safety" and needed keycard to open, were never actually locked. Breakfast options were mid at best. Not such a terrible experience that i wouldnt stay here again (at least not until construction is finished), but for the current state, its definitely overpriced.
