The location is absolutely perfect! Immediately across the street from the Vatican Museum entrance. The Negroni bar overlooking the terrace steps was charming, and everyone who worked there was very gracious. This is definitely a place to go if you only speak English as they were very accommodating, and the concierge service for rides from the airport, and the cruise port was perfect.

The hotel is located perfectly for everything Vatican. It's an oasis in the very busy and bustling area, quiet, orderly, peaceful. airconditioned. My room was large for European standards and very clean, the bathroom updated and in perfect working order. The front desk staff was very helpful. Lots of eating options around and a taxi stand across the street for venturing out of the Vatican area. The rooftop bar is an added bonus at the sunset. Would highly recommend.

People there very helpful with whatever you need. Not close to any of the sites except the Vatican museum, to get into Vatican City it is a 1/2 mile walk and need to taxi to other areas. Rooms are big but dated needs a upgrade. Terrace was a real plus and nice to relax at night. Otherwise hotel was ok.
