Great staff, friendliness, breakfast buffet was really good. Room had a small refrigerator which I appreciated. Neighborhood was so so, I took advantage of the secure underground. Still close to a few restaurants and a LIDL if you need something. I would gladly use this hotel again.

Nice place to stay while we were in Seville. If your planning on renting a car they do have parking but be sure if your coming in from the airport direction once you reach the round a bout in front of hotel take the first exit you’ll be on a one way street and parking is behind the hotel in a parking garage.

Hotel is situated on a busy street, well connected with public transportation. It was a bit noisy, the walls are thin, so you can clearly hear the people next door and the tv. Professional staff, quick check-in and check out.

Everything was very good, rooms, bathroom, cleanliness, breakfast, quality of service.. Especially front desk employees was vey helful. When our rental car’s lock system did not work one of the kitchen personnel walked to our car and tried to open the door and next day he brought batteries from his home just to help us. I had an excellent stay at this hotel. My room was incredibly spacious. Clean and comfortable. Front desk was welcome and kind. The only thing I didn't like was how the area can be a little sketchy sometimes. The neighborhood is not the best but not the worst. One time I was returning to my hotel around 9:30pm via uber on a Saturday night and I was followed by a homeless man and he followed me all the way to the hotel steps. He was persistently calling out to me and matching my speed of walking. One thing I would like to advocate is better lighting outside the hotel at night as the back areas are quite dark and sometimes scary coming back to the hotel. There is a Burger King right outside which can invite a lot of people but also unsavory people at night. The hotel is a short ride to downtown. I mostly took uber to and from downtown. Breakfast is not bad. If you book the breakfast the night before it will be a bit cheaper than paying for it the day of.

I love this hotel. It was affordable and aesthetically breathtaking with fine art everywhere. The courtyard with fountain and open air turned my imagination on what it could of been like living in the Alcazar. Most of all, all of the staff were super friendly and sincere in their efforts to help in any way, especially at the front desk. The dining host and bar manager Silvia was my favorite. She is expert at her job and even found time to chat during her busy day. The dining was impeccable and delicious. The drinks were from heaven!
