This time, they let me down...
I frequently travel to Queretaro and I stay in this hotel. It's a beautiful property and the Mexican breakfast buffet is to die for (or was...) However, this time I had a very bad experience with the staff at the reception. When I was checking in I was a bit early and the room was not ready (understandable) but the way to ask to return later was not too polite. Then when I returned another person was less than helpful and rude. The rest of the stay was good, even when the quality of the breakfast buffet was not as good as ever. To end the bad experience at the reception, when I was checking out and mentioned that we requested toiler paper and water that never arrived, the person at the reception didn't even acknowledge my concern, so I needed to talk with the manager that was more sensitive to what you may expect for a hotel of this quality. I may return... let's see

This place needs renovation urgently it is not clean and the food is not safe. My room was premium and the shampoo was not even working. The gym is not a gym but a delapidated room with three two broken cycles and 1 elliptical. In our case our of 12 people 4 got very sick with vomiting and diarreah. The restaurant had not bottle water either normal or sparkling. I won’t recommend anyone staying in this place until they seriously take the safety of their guests.
