No hot water
It was a really nice room and we were pleased until the morning when I took a shower. The hot water ran out 3/4 of the way through my shower and my wife didn't get to shower. I complained to the attendant and he apologized and then charged me the full price including a parking fee. I would have expected more than a simple apology when I didn't get the basic comfort I could have gotten at a Motel 6 or Red Roof Inn at half the price

Good hotel in a nice area. bed is too hard
The hotel was very nice. I stayed in a room with a king sized bed. That was a miserable experience. The bed was too hard and very uncomfortable. Because I was too tired from my event, I didn’t request a move. I ended up sleeping on the couch for the night. Thank goodness you all had linen in the closet.

Parking is $25 PER DAY
PARKING IS $25 A NIGHT AND NOT CLEARLY STATED ON HOTELS.COM!!!! The rest of the hotel stay was fine but this was a huge bummer and the hotel staff were not apologetic about it at all. Unless you jeed to he close to the stadium, DO NOT STAY HERE.
