Hotel was great but hotel.com charged me for the 2 rooms I wanted but they only sent reservation for 1 room. Getting in touch with someone is impossible. We had to buy the 2nd room at the hotel. So basically pad for room twice. Now when get back home, have to try to get someone to answer to dispute this. Not a good situation or time spent.

Room was nice and roomy . We had ghost ants in the room though and my pastry was covered in ants . Also, they did not disclose the pet fee up front and it is an obscene $150, as much as I paid for the room . I’ve never paid such a high pet fee. That should be a held fee for damages
