The hotel was nice. The only issue was the doors are really loud opening. We had a large family staying near us that went in and out a lot at night that we could hear. The kids were screaming from the 3rd floor down to the pool and our room was 5 down from outside door so it was loud in our room. It wasn’t the hotel’s fault.

Bathroom was not clean. The room was dark and more lighting was needed. Shower curtain was too short and allowed water to wet the floor. The bathroom sink stopper was broken and the faucet aerator was missing allowing water to splash. The room was next to the elevator and the noise from its operation could be heard though the wall all night. Absolutely the worst Hampton Inn I've ever visited.

Wake up to have somebody else in my room

I woke up to find someone else coming into my room. They gave someone a key after I had already gone to bed when I called downstairs the lady said whoops it was a mistake. We didn’t show anybody in your room and hung up the phone. I tried to call back she would not answer, the shower in my room was not clean at all

Let’s start with the positive. Location was good. Parking is very convenient. Room was quiet and the A/C worked well. Amenities were good as all necessities were available. The bad- there was no one at the check in desk when we arrived. We stood there for a while waiting for someone to show up. I finally started yelling “hello” for someone to come to the front. It was 2:00 in the afternoon. There was no toilet paper or hand sanitizer in the women’s lobby restroom. The coffee offered in the lobby was cold. We made it to our room to find the door was literally falling off the hinges. We had to go back to the desk to be moved to another room. Overall there just seems to be a lack of maintenance and attention to detail in the hotel.

Probably my least favorable Hampton Inn stay ever. Check-in male staff frazzled by large number of arriving customers, cold coffee in lobby at check-in, afternoon, and the next morning but I was able to use the kitchen microwave, and at 5am operations staff come to lobby and turn on TV with loud volume next to where I am sitting. Nobody was even facing or expressing interest in the TV. Other than excusing himself to reach the TV there was no acknowledgement of my presence or whether I wanted a TV blaring in my ear. While on the subject of noise, one should note this hotel sits at the base of a split on-ramp so if you have a room on that side like mine was you should consider ear plugs as noise from horn blowing, loud engines, and custom muffler kits are a constant source of noise. Finally, let me end on a positive note regarding housekeeping staff. They were attentive and helpful, and my room was clean and well equipped which is why I usually choose Hampton Inn anyway.
