8/10 Very good

Basic accommodations, but that’s understandable since it’s supposed to be for long duration stays.
Lee, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

The hotel and room are in need of an update. The furniture looks worn out.
Bill, 2-night trip

The service and cleanliness was great across the board. I got the sense that some patrons that were staying at the location at the time of my stay were sketchy, but I would not dock the property for that as they have a number of procedures and policies in place to maintain safety and service above everything.

8/10 Very good

Very convenient ti the base and many restaurants. I didnt like how much they charge for kitchen pots, pans, silverware making it to expense for a 3-day stay.

I was going through a very difficult time. The staff at the front desk were absolutely AMAZING! They were all super friendly, nice, very professional. I can not thank them enough for their kindness. I HIGHLY recommend the Extended Stay America! The hotel itself was clean, they have kitchenettes that were greatly appreciated. All around, an awesome experience and great hotel!

My stay was adequate for the night. The elevator was not operating at the time

For a place with kitchenette, not even kitchen towels were provided, forget basic pots/pans. If you wanted, you needed to purchase for $30!! Room smelled musty/damp.

Our desk agent Naija(sp) was marvelous and accommodating. She explained everything about our stay and even provided me with a coffee pot when i asked! The facility was fair and be prepared, breakfast is just a few packaged items like granola bars and muffins.

First time

It was a rough start because I arrived very late in the evening. But, after a few phone calls a lovely attendant helped me check in. I extended my stay through hotels.com because they did not have my specific room available. The staff was so very nice and accommodating. This was my first time at an Extended Stay, it's not your average hotel. But, that's not necessarily a bad thing.

Roaches. No amenities, only 2 towels and a bar of soap, extra fees for dishes, no front desk at night.
Larissa, 2-night trip

Two night stay

Very basic we stayed for two days had to take the towels down to the front desk to exchange them for $1.75 had to take the trash out to the dumpster. The bathroom was very basic too, no handles for the tub, one small bar soap, two towels, two washcloth. They advertise as a fully kitchen, but there wasn’t anything there except for a burner, refrigerator and sink. No dishes, silverware plates, cups, bowls, etc. so if you’re looking for a hotel for two nights you might as well pay for a regular hotel and get all the amenities.

Likes: The staff is friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were fine. The water is hot. The heating/air conditioning unit worked fine. Needs improvement: Room 221 had several issues: shower head leaked, walls and ceiling in bathroom had damaged drywall, refrigerator door opened the opposite way than it should, countertop surface in kitchen area had many chips and dings from excessive wear and use, television is a bit dated. Comments: The exterior of the hotel looks fine as does the entrance and main foyer and front desk area. When you walk into the room, it’s almost like stepping back into time as the room fixtures (lamps, etc.) are dated and worn. Fresh paint on the walls and trim would be a big help. Updated countertops and fresh carpet would go a long way to dress up the rooms. I noticed that there were not too many people staying there while I was there for one week. With the military base nearby and all of the other lodging options, I feel ownership/management should consider sprucing up the rooms to be more competitive with the other national chain hotels nearby. It’s a great location and situated in a quiet business park. Very convenient location for military/government or contractor persons working on the base.

They may be changing their name and services but I will not stay there again. One bar of soap. No shampoo or conditioner supplied. No Kleenex. No coffee maker (was told due to changes they no longer did breakfast nor coffee but not even in your room?). No plates, mugs or silverware even tho you have a stove, refrigerator and microwave. Only cup to microwave a cup of water was the plastic drinking cup. No hairdryer. No trash container on the floor nor entry. Only trash was a bin in the back and the large container in the back. And you were suppose to take care of your own trash. Not up to my standards but then I was on business and not pleasure. Limited power outlets available.
Debra, 2-night trip

First room given 303 fresh cigarette burning smell, changed to room 211. 1O0's of holes in curtains, roaches running on bathroom floor, pet urine smell on stained carpet floor, kitchen bare, not 1 single item. Beds extra firm, bathroom drains clogged, no coffee anyplace in hotel, no hair dryer, no shampoo, no tissue. Made notes in traveling spread sheet, never stay again.
David, 2-night trip

The room was in need of upkeep…beds need to be replaced…shower curtain was filthy and the grout was dirty. Lamps did not work. Toilet was shaky. Remote control had no back for the batteries. Curtains did close all the way. Just felt like I was at a hostel not hotel. If I paid $50 I would be okay but not $150. This has put me off ever staying at this hotel or this chain ever again,
Joseph, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Room was dirty, a lot of trash under the beds and the tub was disgusting it’s supposed to be white but it was brown looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. Services were terrible I tried to check in after I paid in advance but wouldn’t allow me to until my other guest arrived even tho it was only my name on the reservation to check in. Key cards stopped working after about an hour and wouldn’t issue new ones and there were no towels and wash rags in the room I went down to ask for more and I was told no. This isn’t a hotel it’s a motel.
Darius, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

The entire staff I met including Taquea, Jackie, and Kayena are amazing. They are always willing to go 'above and beyond' for me evertime I've stayed there while in the area.
Eric, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

This is the third time I have stayed there the first time the remote didn’t work for the TV, the second time the refrigerator banged all night long. This was our third time and it was for a funeral and we had to bring our three dogs so that meant we had to reserve two rooms And I think it’s a shame that it cost us over $900 total for two rooms for three people, three dogs, and to have our toilet, not be able to flush in one of the rooms and the light fixture had a plastic part all across the light it fell because it was taped on there. I will never stay there again and I can’t believe that they charged us as much as they did. I was quoted 549 not 950 never again
