Oh wow, where do I start. I notice the place looks run down from what it use to be. Less customers since other casinos been built like Maryland Live & MGM. Doing our stay there was a woman shoe was found I our room at the foot of the bed on the floor. Which tells me the room hasn’t been clean as it should. (2) The heat wasn’t working all that great. No matter how high I turn the thermostat up & the room still felt cool. (3) Dust & trash was under the dresser / cabinet where the refrigerator sits in. (4) No microwave. (5) The restaurant in the hotel over cook my fiancé steak. (6) Last but lease, teenager kids running through the hotel as if it’s a big playground & playing by the arcade area & dropping trash by the elevators where the arcade at. (7) I do have good news, the shower hot water works amazing. (8) Overall NOPE we will not be staying there ever again. The hotel nickel & dime you with the fees.

The condition of the hotel is old and dilapidated. The thermostat is on sensor so you walk into an ice cold room in the winter and only starts to heat up if it senses someone in the room. When you leave it shuts off again. All amenities are of poor quality and the staff was not very helpful. Never again.

Old building, elevators repeatedly malfunctioned
Staff was nice, but the building is very old and not maintained. The elevators repeatedly broke down and there is no stairway. If you stay here, allow an extra 20 minutes for the elevator every time you go out and an extra hour if you check out on a Sunday.

Never Again
The room was not clean. There were roaches crawling around the room. They were coming out of the socket in the bathroom. The room had a bad smell to it. We ordered chicken parmesan, that was cold and the rolls tasted old ( The Twenties ).I will never come back.

Nice Views At A Traditional Hotel 🏨 .
Great location, and good that one doesn’t have to venture outside during inclement weather to also access the two fine casinos 🎰 alongside. Their lounge Vüe is nice. Since nobody there has a key 🔑 to the Housekeeping Office, the Front Desk needs to keep towels handy for their guests, rather than making guests wait hours for towels. This is a 24 - hour property, so there’s really no reason for them to lock 🔐 up their fitness center at night .
