Not what I expected
I scheduled a romantic get away with a king bed. I waited in line over 30 minutes to check in. I was then told there were not any king rooms available. I was given a room with two double beds. The air conditioning did not work and the room was rather warm the entire weekend. The toilet did not flush property and ended up getting clogged. It was not the romantic weekend I planned. I could have stayed off the strip for a fraction of the cost and had air conditioning.

Disappointed
This is my third time staying at the Tropicana. I would recommend getting a North Tower room because the West Tower was a disappointment. The light switch in the bathroom, the bathroom door and the safe was broken. The heat didn’t work. The mini fridge is literally on the floor. If someone uses the bathroom before you, you need to wait for the water to fill in the tank before you can flush. The wall needs a new paint job. The room was over priced.

Tropicana casino needs to step up there game. The room was not cleaned properly, the place in general is in need of a proper cleaning from top to bottom. The staff needs to be trained correctly. From admins all the way to serving staff and cleaning staff

It was definitely amazing. My wife enjoyed staying there for her birthday weekend. The only thing that was missing was a microwave oven in the room. That was definitely needed.
