Best Hotel n Staff in Medellin
It was great from when i walked in the door from the front desk to bartenders, servers and housekeeping staff. All of them made you feel like i was the most important thing to them. Front desk every time i walked by asked how things are and offered to help in every way to make my stay easier

Staff were very helpful. Always going above and beyond. Room was amazing never had not one issue. A little confused as to how to receive my paid breakfast. I kind of just winged it. All though that might have been my own issue of working up the courage to ask. No complaints at all. Definitely recommend staying here. I didnt realize i came during the high season which is why prices were a bit high for the rooms. I am definitely coming back

Better options- skip.
Less than mediocre experience… Location: fine and feels relatively safe but it’s not in a popular area. As a tourist, it’s minimum 15 min drive far from anywhere you’ll want to visit. Service: AWFUL! #1- Check in and check out took at least 30 minutes. #2- We booked a couples massage and they confirmed the appointment but when we showed up at the spa we were scheduled for an hour apart. #3- It felt very hostile walking into the place, not at all welcoming. #4- we asked for coffee several times for multiple days and when it finally did arrive, they forgot the cups. Rooms: spacious and nice but nothing special. You have to pay for literally everything including coffee pods.

Trust the reviews.
Great room with an incredible view. The staff is nice - everything with a smile. The location is terrible. Not walkable at all. With traffic and inability to easily access Uber by hotel, it’s just not conducive to a vacation. Not for day stuff and definitely not for night entertainment. We switched hotels it became so inconvenient. Restaurant is average at best and while the staff is nice, they have little to know training in being a waiter. Just an unorganized mess. Truly unfortunate. But the reviews, were spot on, I should have trusted them. Great room, beautiful views, lousy location, below average restaurant. Its an apartment with a restaurant, not a hotel experience!

Comfortable but Misleading rules
The accomodation was ok, comfortable and clean. However, they would charge you 100 US dollars for any guest that visits you, even if you paid for 2 guests or if it was only for a moment. That was very shady and not in their rules online when booking. The front desk claimed that this was the new management policy.

The hotel is super nice in all senses. I enjoyed staying here. You can walk around the neighborhood and find a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. You can take an Uber to the center of el Poblado for bars and nightlife- it cost $2-3.

I just finished a 6 day stay at this property. Overall, it was a good experience. The lobby was constantly busy with people checking in and out ( as well as a wedding) so it appears to be a popular choice. The rooms all have a kitchen which comes in handy, as well as snacks, sodas, and alcohol for purchase. The hotel is not central to Provenza and Poblado, it is necessary to take a taxi there. However, the taxis are inexpensive. They have a rooftop bar/restaurant and the food is very good. On certain days they have live music which is nice. I speak a little spanish which I found to be a necessity. English is not the first language here (obviously) so download google translate or something similar if you dont speak any spanish. There is a small gym and spa. The workers were so kind, friendly and attentive. I want to give a shout out to Edison at the front desk who was so helpful and friendly. He remembered my name and was always pleasant and assisted me with a late late checkout. He was professional and knowledgeable. Alvarado at the front desk was also helpful and pleasant, always smiling. I want to hive a special thanks and shout out to Andres at the front desk. Please promote him! He epitomizes customer service. He looked for and recommended restaurants for us to visit, answered all of our questions and concerns. He even remembered and asked us about our spa appointments off property. He too remembered our names, was always smiling and asking if we needed anything.
