No remote for the TV. I had to go down to the front office to get a remote.. If you’re extended stay, there wasn’t even a pot in the room to use to boil water. I stayed at many extended stay and this was the very minimalist extended stay place ever.

Customer service was great, Mack was really nice and personable! Walking into the room at first glance it did not look too bad but the floors were so gross! Looked like they had never been mopped! There was built up gunk on the sides of the bed. The sheets did look new but the pillows were horrible. No cushion at all. The desk chair had some very questionable stains on it. If ever in the area again we will definitely be choosing another hotel.

Couldnt check in
Drove all day to get here and finally arrived at 1 am and couldn't check in. Apparently they were doing a night audit and system shuts down during audit. Told to sit in car and wait. Ive traveled 30 years on business and have never had an issue checking into a hotel. We waited 25 minutes and went to another hotel. I would like a refund of this charge.
