Worst hotel yet
When we got into our room it was cold.... we contacted the front desk they said to have it ob low it will heat up eventually.... after a hr we called back because it was not pushing hot air.... the maintanance person came to our room and then told us because its cold outside we wont get warm air in the room.... and that all the rooms were like this.... ruined the whole trip that my wife abd i planned to finally have a night with no kids for the first time in 7 years..... we will never go back and we urge everyone to find a better option... awful is a understatement

Terrible ~ do not stay here!
We requested a refund with 5 minutes of getting room keys once we saw the condition of the room (human waste from someone left in toilet so the bathroom obviously was not cleaned properly), heat not working, drafty, cold, filthy room when it was 26 degrees out, a door that jammed which made it a safety hazard if we ever needed to evacuate the room, and management refused to cooperate saying we had room keys for 20 minutes but we actually had been waiting in line at front desk waiting in queue behind 3 other parties with complaints/wanting refunds for unacceptable rooms. We left and got a different hotel ~ absolutely terrible for so many reasons! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BOOK HERE!

How is this place still open?
Terrible arrive at the front desk The lobby is old looks like it’s falling down… dirty… took forever to help me… the worker kept giving wrong hotel room keys out? After waiting 25 min he finally helped me… I walk into the room… a dust mite ball just flys across the floor Stains everywhere on every sheet / both beds. Hair found in the bed. The bathroom was disgusting cracks rust mildew debris all over the room this room had black hair everywhere. Nobody vacuumed this room. There was an old over 21 bracelet just hanging out on the floor disgusting.

Nice and comfortable
Overall very good. Only complaint the room i was in the shower was not great and water interspersed hot and cold. Other than the shower the room was very clean and comfortable. Was glad it didn't have any smokey smell.

Beds were clean. Linens wre clean. When we opened the coffee pot there was old coffee with islands of mold floating in there. The bathroom smelled strongly of mildew. At night I saw addicts injecting drugs by the building next door.

The walls are paper thin so you hear everything. The door sweep was half missing so light poured into our room. The shower curtain was stained and smelled. The blankets were stained as well on the bed.

The first room our designated room was down a dark and dinghy hallway. When we opened the door to the room it was below any standard ive ever been to before and the odor was horrible. Stale must and smelled of old urine. The room they moved us to after i asked to refund our money was better but there was no soap in the room to even wash our hands and a basis okay that was it.

For an older building, the cleanliness and smell were great. Typically, my husband's asthma acts up in older buildings; but this was a pleasant surprise. So thankful..

Sadly, this seems like a destination for unhoused families, so the vibe is a bit desperate and depressing. Pool appears not to have been opened in years. Overgrown weeds. We paid, but we didn’t stay.
