Semi satisfied
Great parking point. Room signs confusing. Remote control didn’t work properly. Refrigerators too small. Breakfast didn’t offer any other drinks than coffee.

Make Valet Parking Optional
My wife and I went to Boston for a Celtics game and decided to try a different hotel. Why? Bad choice! I did not like the valet parking was mandatory. This was too far away from the Garden to walk there. Restaurant was closed inside the lobby. I will not stay here again because it’s too far from the game and I didn’t have access to my car because it was behind a locked fence. That’s the biggest reason I won’t be back. Thank you for my stay. We still had fun and there are some qualities I liked: clean, friendly staff and free fruit.

I had a last minute trip which I booked thru a 3rd party site at a discounted rate which was extremely reasonable. It was quiet, affordable and clean.

Not safe.
Had to change rooms twice. The first two rooms both had a broken window lock in the bathroom to where it you can still open the window. The second room, the maintenance worker left one of his tools by the other room. I notified the desk clerk, who was very accommodating, and was able to find me a room with a non-broken window lock. I stuck with that room despite not using the shower, because the curtain rod was not secured to the wall on either side completely and was hanging down. Breakfast had very limited options unlike a few years ago, so I went to Dunkin' Donuts instead. There were at least two cars in the parking garage full of dust which tells me they were abandoned with one full of junk, probably a homeless person. They need to be gone. Overall, I may never come back.

Good enough is all you can expect.
It was comfortable, and a better price than anything else in the area. Otherwise it wasn't anything special. The hotel was old, with a lot of obvious need for maintenance and update. The walls were pretty thin and I could hear the neighbors talking. They were loud talkers also so that didn't help. The pool was empty and closed, even though it was an indoor pool. Of course there was no discount offer, and I even had to pay a $25 fee for checking in an hour early.

Stay anywhere else
Awkward location between streets. The parking lot had no availability so we had to park across the street and drag our luggage through gravel. Once at the building we had to carry our heavy luggage up steps to get through the front door. The interior had heavily worn and filthy carpets throughout. The walls desperately need a fresh coat of paint. The pool was almost empty of water and had a significant amount of debris in it. The inside of our room had similar conditions of uncleanliness and wear. The bathroom was even worse. At night the sound of (gushing water?) kept me up. It sounded like we were sleeping next to the Niagara falls. If you'd like to exfoliate please use the towels provided after your shower. They were very old and very rough. They need replacement immediately. If you have options, stay anywhere else.

Decent stay for the money
We arrived very late on a Thursday night. The front desk person was very friendly. We got to our room and it was decent. For the money, it was worth it. We were just doing a weekend trip to Salem, so really we were just sleeping there. We did not have cleaning service come in during our stay as we had the do not disturb sign on the door. The bathroom was adequate. We had a small fridge a d a microwave. The fridge worked too well and froze our drinks overnight, so we had to adjust the temp. Parking was interesting as it is under the building and additional parking across the street. We were never up early enough for breakfast. All in all, it was a decent stay.

Not what it's advertised online. Stay away.
The hotel was very run down. Had bare wires hanging in the corners of the room. Curtains wouldn't cover the windows and the windows faced the hallway where people walked past your room. The bedspread and curtains had stains. We had to be moved twice. Our first room the door wouldn't lock and the curtain didn't close, the second room smelled like smoke so bad you couldn't stand to be in there. The 3rd room we were moved to the curtains wouldn't close but we finally just settled and used a straight pin we had to pin the curtain to the wall to cover the window. We had no hot water to shower in the morning. The breakfast consisted of coffee, dry cereal, and toast. No juice. When we first arrived it took around 30 minutes for anyone to even come to the desk. We stayed 3 nights and it was not great. We would have left and stayed somewhere else but we booked through hotels.com and didn't want the hassle of trying to get our money back and finding somewhere else.

Mediocre Stay
The place could use some upgrades needs to be repainted, fixtures need changing, needs newer microwave and fridge. The only thing that was good was that it was quiet and it had its own parking within the building.

Decent place to stay
This hotel is an interesting property. It has a beautiful indoor pool (not in service). The underground parking was great. I think they could have found a better color than battleship gray. Price was reasonable.
