Check in tool way too long. The TV had about half the channels available with out cutting out, and had some of the lights out to distort that picture

The ceiling appeared to have leaks when we first checked in. On the second evening we returned just before the room upstairs turned on their jacuzzi. Soon after water started pouring through the ceiling, through the lights fixtures, and out the vents. Tried to call the front desk but this room had no phone. We switched rooms after talking to the front desk but not really something that I wanted to do at 9:30 in the evening. Unlike the 1st room the 2nd room at least has a WiFi signal. For consistency the sink faucet shot water in all directions when on. The breakfast was ok and the staff were at least friendly.

We arrived at checkin time at 3 and the rooms were not ready so waited until 4. Had an event so were not able to get into the room until midnight. The room looked good except for the mirror and bathroom floor. Breakfast in the morning was good.

Room was clean staff was very nice and welcoming breakfast was very limited no fresh fruit bakery items stale breakfast was not allowed to be taken to our rooms worst part was throughout the evening screaming teenagers ran rampant throughout the hotel knocking on doors throwing notes and inappropriate pictures under doors my 14-year-old daughter was exposed to very inappropriate pictures drawings if you will from dirty magazines these were pushed under our door boys were outside screaming at people who are looking to see what the commotion was this went on until about midnight at which point I went to front desk no one was found however most parents for this hockey team that apparently was at this hotel were enjoying themselves in the lobby and or the banquet room consuming alcoholic beverages leaving unsupervised teenagers to run rampant and harass other hotel guests. Due to this my future stays at this particular comfort Inn well no longer be part of our itinerary options very disappointed and discussed it with the behavior and actions and the lack of discipline because of behaviors. For what was paid for this room this behavior is unacceptable it is ridiculous that the cost of this room is twice that of any other night sad that this behavior is tolerated due to this increase of demand shame how it's overlooked over a dollar while other guess who pay same amount if not more is unable to rest peacefully

The whole experience was terrible, we checked in at 3:30 and were told we would receive a text when our room was ready and we never received a text. We did not get to stay in the hotel. Staff was completely unprepared

When we arrived about 7 pm, we had to wait for five minutes or more for somebody to come to the desk. There was no sign saying we’ll be back in a minute. There was no bell we could ring! Check-in was quick once the guy actually arrived! There was a nasty smell in the foyer when we arrived, but we attribute that to garbage that was overflowing, as the smell had gone by the following morning. The room was very clean and had good amenities. The breakfast was excellent, good choices, hot and cold. I enjoyed making waffles! If we go back to Madison, we would definitely stay there again. Location was very convenient right off the highway.

The staff was great, and our room and shared spaces were all clean. The area around the hotel wasn't "beautiful", but it wasn't scary either. It was just meh. However, we weren't there for the area around the hotel. Parking was stretched out and I had to drive my mother in law to the entrance because of how far out I had to park, but that's really the only potential issue, and it was easily resolved. All in all, nice place & I'd stay again.

I arrived early hoping to get to check-in. Hoping for the best but expecting the worst. I was greeted by a friendly lady at the front desk. She was the nicest lady ever an she was the Assistant GM. We shared a few stories the i proceeded to my room. The room was great super clean an had all i needed for my stay. I love that they have transportation to the airport but i was told two different prices. The ice machine on the second floor didn't work. I mentioned it at checkout and the lady at the front desk told me that it's been out for a while. Overall my stay was amazing an will stay again when I get back to Wisconsin
