The hotel is still under renovations, but that does not justify the bad service; when I made the booking, I made some requests for my room location, and when I got to the hotel, I informed the receptions about my prior request. She completed the check-in process without any comments regarding my request, she gave me my room key and sent me on my way, only to find out that it was a noise room located on the lower floor, which was not what I requested. Not the kind of service I was expecting from a LAX airport hotel. I probably will not book this hotel again.
