Some disappointing moments
Checked in after midnight- empty lobby with no one to check in. Night auditor finally emerged and while she said all the right words was flat affect and disconnected, leaving us with a terrible first impression.
Room clean and nicely arranged, bed comfortable, recycling bins appreciated, plenty of charging outlets, adequate hangers and well designed closet area, loved the wall separation between bedroom and bathroom (suggestion- place a small “shelf” here as a landing spot for keys and other small items), massive tv oddly placed on adjoining wall was difficult to move, toilet ran constantly and wouldn’t flush without manually moving water flow regulator in tank.
Room service arrived in paper sack, sloppy presentation and was delivered without items we requested. Two calls where made to front desk to fix this when finally Housekeeping had to bring our requested items. He did so with a smile, which buffered the feeling that we had inconvenienced the room service attendant.

Evening female front desk clerk who took our maintenance request with plenty of apologies and assured us it would be fixed.
Maintenance person who promptly arrived at our door
Server at breakfast who went above and beyond to serve us in an incredibly professional manner
Morning male front desk clerk who was lovely and said all the right things.
Scale of 1-10, if 10 is best… I say 7. Lots of things could have been better. Did not fully uphold the great reputation which Hyatt has.
