"Wow myself and my partner stayed 2 weeks ago. What can we say. Excellent with very friendly and welcoming staff. It was our first visit but definitely be one of our favourites. Lovely hotel with spa and pool very clean all round. Breakfast and evening meal was spot on with lovely food, restaurant not badly priced. Note £10 for the pool swim and spa but well worth it. Would definitely recommend "

"The room was spacious and well laid out. The restaurant food was exceptional, and the staff in the restaurant were lovely.... especially .... Elsie, Abbie, and of course Franco.... The reception staff were also very welcoming... Recommend a stay if you are in the area...Thank you "

"The best place to stay in preston! We absolutely loved it we stayed in the fairytale room and was greeted with a lovely note with some chocolates and treats to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday. Everything is to such a high standard very modern very clean and extremely comfortable we will most definitely be booking to stay here again! Couldn’t fault anything "
