"Very fine hotel to stay for a weekend and enjoy the fine dining and the spa and treatments. The room was spacious and the bathroom looked newly renovated. The wooden sauna could use an extensive clean up, but otherwise everything was perfect. We especially appreciated the personal service from the staff. "

"Big part of the Hotel was used to host (Ukrainian) refugees. This does definitely influence the atmosphere and service level. Would have liked to know this beforehand to weigh it in my choice."

"Large typical German style hotel , some rooms & areas look a bit tired, excellent breakfast, disappointing meal in restaurant, very limited menu, bar closed at 10pm, we had a very quiet midweek stay with almost no guests in the hotel however the hotel caters for large disco events on the weekends so be aware ."

"Second time we have stayed here. The location is excellent. The outside space and grounds are beautiful The staff we met were lovely, very pleasant. The breakfast room is huge and we enjoyed the breakfast too Negatives: it’s extremely dated and in some places it is actually shabby. The bed(s) were singles pulled together, not fastened, so they separated if you turned over during the night. The beds also had very ill fitting toppers on them which also moved. "Prima voor een nachtje. Aardige eigenaar/stel/personneel. Is wel oud (gehorig) en een paar onhandige dingen: geen ‘stoor me niet’ hanger voor op de deur (kamer wordt elke dag opgeruimd waarom??? Weinig plek in kamer om telefoons op te laden. Geen haken op de muren (wat doe je met je jas of natte handdoek?). Ontbijt was veel verpakt/houdbaar weinig vers. Nogmaals prima maar verwacht geen luxe. "

"Basic but what you need is there for 2-3 days' business trip. Bed, shower, restaurant. Nice park nearby, go left from the hotel. You can go for a run or bike ride. Decent breakfast and dinner (extra paid). Helpful staff, they speak English. "

"The hotel was next to a busy road but the room was very well isolated. For a business trip is the location is perfect because it is close to highway A35. Staff was friendly and do their best. The reservation was for a junior suite and although the room is spacious the 'junior suite' designation is slightly 'misguiding'. A junior suite is normally elegantly furnished with a bed and a sitting area with two-sitter sofa. In the room there are only 2 chairs, a writing desk and a small coffee table,...
