"My family of 4 stayed for three nights and we totally enjoyed the experience. The hotel was clean and pleasant. Staff were courteous. The only flaw was the receptionist was careless and gave us keys to a room which was already occupied at time of check in. It added some annoyance as we had to pull out large suitcases around back to the reception for a new room. The amenities were good, Good washer and dryer. Nice hot springs and the free ice cream and ramen afterwards, The breakfast was a total enjoyment with local dishes. Will stay there again if in Kyoto. "
