Aria Palace by OMNIA Hotels

Aria Palace by OMNIA Hotels

8/10 Good
"The hotel was very nice. Next to a lot of restaurants and the bus and railroad. The reason for my review is the front desk staff. Sebastian at the front desk ordered a taxi for us. The first thing that we noticed when we were about to get into the taxi is that the meter was set for a start amount of 11 euros. We went to the front desk to tell him, and him and that taxi driver spoke in Italian negotiating a price. The taxi driver said that it was 15-20 euros away. We went 1-2 miles. The minimum ride costs 9 euros. This was the average that we have been paying. Next the girl with the red curly hair and glasses called a taxi for us. The taxi driver charged us 180 euros. It says right on the door, 155 euros. Beware, the front desk works deals with the taxi drivers."

"This was the nicest hotel on our Rome+Florence trip, but also the only non-boutique hotel. Our room was top quality and the hotel has a swanky rooftop bar. This is a clear, modern international hotel with modern rooms, conference facilities, spa, etc. The staff, specifically Francesca, was extremely helpful, friendly, and sweet. She made our arrival so pleasant and easy. 5* just for her. If you are looking for a known quality hotel in a good, dining neighborhood with modern amenities, this is a great place. If you want a quant Roma boutique hotel, then not here. I would definitely come back."
