The hotel was amazing and staff were great. The hotel was in a perfect location for us - it wasn’t noisy at all and was only around a 20 minute walk from the main attractions. The best hotel I’ve stayed in in Rome hands down

Inaccurate bed size and power went out twice.
The bed that was advertised in the suite, was supposed to be a king size bed. It was actually a queen size bed. For the price of a suite, it was difficult to sleep on the small bed size. I booked this room because it was advertised as a king size bed. The power went out twice in our room. The first time was midnight on the day of check-in. When I called the front desk, they asked me if I had the kettle plugged in. It was one of the only things plugged in and should have been able to have been plugged in without making the power go out. A maintenance person had to come. My spouse was asleep, and then to be woken up. It happened again the next morning at 6 AM. This all made the first day very difficult and disappointing. They also charge €15 per day to use the gym which is ridiculous. Other than that the hotel was fine. I would not return

Decent hotel. No irons. You have to borrow a steamer for 1 hour every time you want to get your clothes ready. Not many great dining within walking distance. Need to walk at least 15-20 min to find good food.
