HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LOTS OF PROBLEMS

We get there and the remote for the tv wasn’t working. We asked the front desk to have someone fix it. They ended up shutting down the power to the tv via the electrical panel. The remote still didn’t work and so the batteries in the remote were replaced. Tv and remote now worked but 1/2 the electrical outlets in the room stopped functioning and no lights worked in the bathroom. We asked for another room and they said they were full and couldn’t repair the problem until the next day. So we had to shower and get ready in the dark. No credit or refund either. If you want to do fun things on your vacation and not have to deal with problems and being frustrated because things don’t work as they should, then DON’T STAY AT THE REPUBLIC HOTEL!!!
