"Lovely clean hotel with friendly staff. Pool are and beach lovely and plenty of beds freely available. What lets it down is the area. It’s almost abandoned with 80% of local ‘shopping centre’ shops closed or empty units. Lots of villas and apartments have been built and most just left abandoned. Unless you hire a scooter or use a taxi/grab to go into town, you’ll see nothing g of the atmosphere of Phu Quoc. Food for breakfast

"We had such a wonderful experience here! From the moment we were picked up by the shuttle all the way to check out. The service was amazing! Everyone was friendly and helpful. We had a birthday in our group but didn’t let anyone know and yet they still surprised us with a slice of cake and a handwritten card. It was such a thoughtful gesture. I feel like the bathrooms could be a little cleaner, the corners and walls need a scrubbing. The hallways need some air conditioning and an air fresher...
