Enjoyed our stay with Coral Bay. The rooms are spaciousness and well maintained. Right on the beach to longe on or a lovely pool to swim in as well. The front desk was always very helpful to answer our questions. The breakfast was something I always looked forward to having. Excellent variety and food choices and very delicious. Every morning there are different choices.

Sewer lines pumps stinky black sewer water directly to the beach. Everyone had to evacuate when the sea water was died black. Whether it is the government's or the hotel's responsibility, it is poluting the beautiful beach and you never want to swim in that water ever again. Beautiful beach view though. Actually, if you keep thinking about the environment, you shouls never visit Phu Quoc or you will keep feeling guilty about every single trail of yours. Service is super bad. While description in details says that they have fridge. False advertising. They have cooler only which keep your food around 20 C degree or 60 F. Very strick about towels policy. They call everyday to check on you if you bring the towels out and back. Every complains was handled unprofessionally and the night staff would yell at me until I left. I was requesting to see the manager and the night staff member literally said "If you have complaints, go talk to Hotels.com but you will never have a chance to talk to our manager."

Great Hotel, with very kind staff. However neighboring construction was loud, and went from 7:30am-10pm. The breakfast buffet included was also very good, and dishes changed daily. It is located close to a ton of restaurants and bars. The resort prices are reasonable (3-8 dollars per drink). The beach and pool were also very clean. I would return, and recommend bringing ear plugs due to the construction noise

Lovely place and clean but be warned of the noise!
The building work opposite if you are looking at the mountains is far too loud. They start work before 7am and don’t finish til past midnight. If you pay for a suite like I did you at least expect to be able to sleep. They offered nothing, did not mention it and didn’t ask how our 4 night stay was.
