"Loved some of the small details, such as s’mores in the lobby! Totally impressed with the breakfast that is included. A little bit different every day and very friendly staff. Really enjoyed it and would highly recommend this hotel."

"This is cozy, modest, vintage, clean, fun, etc. etc. Really I can't imagine a more perfect place to stay at in the mountains. The wood fireplace with access to wood was lovely. Of course, and most importantly, we cooked! Full kitchen = great and healthy food. I would always come back here. My son also enjoyed the water slides more than I expected. Note: I imagine if you are a 'top shelf' type of person or like the fancier things in life, this is not for you. "

"The location is fabulous walking distance to fabulous restaurants and shopping within a block. The bus for Lake Louise and Moore stopped across the street that the hotel is modern in an excellent condition. The only fault we found was the sauna was not working the whole week we were there. The hot tub in the swimming pool were fun. The staff was great."

"This is a very welcoming property with excellent, elevated hot pools, a great sauna and sitting area. The staff supplies you with all the accoutrements for pour over coffee in the your room. The rooms are cozy and efficient and don't leave you wanting for more. The underground parking is easy and isn't an extra cost as most places are these days. The resteraunt has fabulous food and all of the staff are friendly. Can't recommend the Otter enough."

"We had a great weekend at Tunnel Mountain Resort. It was exactly what we needed for our little getaway. The downside was the pool was very cold. It would have been more enjoyable for the kids if the pool didn’t feel like an ice bath. When I asked about it I was shut down like I didn’t know what I was talking about. Other than the pool portion the place was perfect. "
