"The room was basic and a bit dated but clean. The breakfast buffet was amazing as it had a wide selection of International and Filipino choices, including cook to order options. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location was walkable to many restaurants, shopping malls and several of Manila's National museums. The hotel is a good budget choice for tourists visiting Manila."
"Great accommodations! Room and amenities are “World Class”; hotel staff are very friendly, courteous and professional. Great location! Walking distance from (2) large malls. Absolutely a “MUST STAY”. When visiting the area. "
"Great stay! Loved every moment of it. Staff friendly. Great jazz music in the hallways. Great food. Complimentary parking.
Had everything we needed and awesome staff/security guards. Complimentary filtered water.
Will stay here again!"
"The staff at this hotel are out of this world. The most hospitable crew on the planet. Rooms and common areas are very clean. However, the standing shower continuously produces a small puddle that we have to clean up every time. Also, the included breakfast buffet is just all right, but nice to have. The bell manager, Joel, is a true professional. Big props to him and the crew."
"I appreciate that the staff is very helpful, always polite and accommodating. I enjoyed all the food options, especially the breakfast buffet promotion they had at the time of my stay. "
"Convenient location, but needs improvement. There is no designated drop-off area. You get dropped off from the street, so it’s a bit unsafe. And there were cockroaches. The staff were friendly and courteous."
"The room was clean and spotless. Toiletries and amenities are provided. The staff is super friendly, very general and always ready to help. They are amazing. The hotel location is great, easy access to many shops/malls and tourist spots. Highly recommend staying here if you're in Manila. "
