"Our room #210 was never really Cool. Despite asking for the a/c to be turned down multiple times. It was never a pleasure to walk in there after a hot day. We had 2 lots of wires hanging down from the ceiling where lights should have been. Which we did let them know about but nothing was done. The staff are very friendly. Our housekeeper was 100%. The diving board at the pool is a real pain as kids ‘bomb’ into the pool splashing other pool users and sun bed users. No real need for it...
