"We have stayed at the Clayton at Manchester Airport many times. The front desk was very accommodating when booking an accessible room for my Mom. The rooms and the public areas are pleasant. The restaurant was closed for a function( the people had not turned up, it was empty) but we were accommodated in the bar. The serving staff were not as great as they have been in the past. The food was lovely. The sink in the bathroom was blocked, we didn’t discover this until after dinner. I brought the issue up when we checked out as it’s unacceptable that a hotel room doesn’t have a fully functional bathroom. The person brought the manager, the issue was discussed, he asked for my email address and said he would email me. Two days later, I still haven’t heard from him."

"Perfect overnight stay for an early flight. We were only there 5 hours but the staff at check-in/out were excellent! Warm, friendly and professional. The bed was comfy and the shower was good. As we were leaving very early we grabbed some of the breakfast to go which was out for that purpose. This was a great choice of lovely fresh items, everything you might need and was included in the price. Overall very happy with our stay and would use again."
