"The stay was excellent as always — a truly luxurious experience. The view and the pool were more than enough for our stay during the two stormy days. The only thing I would rate below five stars was the person who handled our check-out, since we are usually allowed to continue using the facilities (including the pool). However, this time, the staff member informed us that we could no longer use the pool from that moment on."

"This is what used to be The Water Club before MGM took over the Borgata. Clean rooms, quite large, well-appointed. Hotels and casinos everywhere are a bit down-at-heel post-COVID, especially as the travel economy has weakened as wealthy foreigners avoid the US. There's not much around the Borgata except Harrahs, and the area isn't at all walkable. My personal regret is that Bobby Flay's Steaks has been replaced by a Michael Symon Italian restaurant. My wife and I were huge fans of Flay's place, especially the hanger steak."

"The area is not the best and the deposit is high for a reason. I live in the area and stayed to help accommodate family for a wedding. This is one of the cleanest hotels I’ve even been to. Staff were amazing. "

"We enjoyed a very nice overnight stay at Hard Rock and will definitely be going back. Enjoyed a nice dinner at LaScala. Drinks afterwards at one of the bars onsite. A lot machines were fun. Room was very comfortable. "
