"Room was clean, comfortable and beautiful, staff was super attentive and breakfast was also very good. Hotel has a perfect location, very close to old town (for us like a slow pace 15 minutes straight walk from the hotel). The advantage of being located outside of the main touristic area is the quietness, you don't feel noise at night. I didn't feel unsafe walking to and from the hotel to the diff places. I recommend it for sure and will stay there next time I am in Krakow. "

Had one evening meal but there was only extremely expensive wines so we didn't return, shame really.
Bed and bedding very comfortable.
Maid was fantastic, we were in 427 and the room was always pristine when we returned.
Shower was lovely and had a shelf in! (why do so many hotels not have a shelf in the shower?!)
Hotel location was very good for us. We arrived by train and its a 6 minute walk.
We went on two tours (Auschwitz and Salt mine)and the hotel was a default pick up point for them both. Close to Old town, bit further for castle and Jewish quarter."
"Just back from a 3 night stay at the AC Marriott in krakow. Lovely hotel and the pool are/sauna was just what was required after a long day out sightseeing. Would highly recommended this hotel as a good location and reasonably priced."
