We had a great stay at the hotel. Literally across the street from El Cortes Ingles, walking distance from Ave Liberdade, literally a subway entrance in front of the door. Hard to find a better location. Hotel was clean and staff very friendly. Only concern is that there are no AC in the room.

We had an amazing stay in Lisbon! The breakfast was delicious, and we loved that tea, water, coffee, as well as cakes and cookies, were available throughout the day. The hosts were incredibly attentive, helpful, and friendly, making us feel right at home. The apartment had a lovely scent, was very spacious, and beautifully decorated. We would definitely come back again :)

We were greeted by one of the staff members who met us at the door. We had delicious cake and coffee while we waited for our room which we were able to get into early. Our room was really nice, the bed and pillows. I would definitely recommend this place.

Feeling Eduardo VII is my goto place for several years now. And it never disappoints. Friendly people, nice breakfast, good rooms and location. But this time I have to say that it is time for some updating, the bathroom feels old, the basin cannot close. The walls and doors are smudgy and need some fresh paint. It is still a nice stay but time to invest in some updating please.

This hotel is perfect in location and everything one could desire in visiting Lisbon. Set in a beautiful building on the second floor with an elevator. Staff is friendly and welcoming, will make you comfortable during your stay. Highly recommended!
