Front desk staff were great!! Very helpful with directions from the hotel into central London. The room was lovely,and very comfortable bed. Roof top bar was a bit disappointing,not a great choice of drinks and limited seating unless you are eating,we were told that it is run independently from Virgin. Overall nice hotel but unfortunately during our stay there was a very bad smell,damp and musty in the corridoors and lift areas but not in the room.

Boutique hotel, King Chamber room was perfect for ok need. Standouts the incredible steam shower and water quality, my wife and I are sensitive to hard / treated water I suspect the hotel maybe using a water softener and filter system as it seemed very kind to put skin.
