From the outside and the surrounding area is in ok condition and not that safe late at night, but otherwise the lobby and rooms are excellent. I definitely recommend staying at this property the look and layout of the rooms is better than well-known hotel chains around the area. Super clean and i have never seen a hotel with so much storage space. Loved the lightning and bathroom, which gave a spa like feel. Also the location is very convenient to numerous restaurants and shops and plaza de armas.

The staff were very friendly, even allowed us to stay for a late checkout for free, thank you. Breakfast was sufficient, with water, tea and coffee supplies in the foyer for free, although no milk! I must say I was excited to visit Arequipa after my visit from Cusco region. However this hotel was horrible compared to all my stays in Peru. There was no hot water water. The breakfast was disgusting. The staff tired to help, but it wasn't enough. Not having hot water was horrible when it's cold in the morning. I shouldn't have to wait 30 minutes for luke warm water. It was also cold at the hotel at night. I think they were saving on heat. Just horrible.
