This hotel is fine and you will be fine if you have reasonable expectations. It is located close to the bridge and the upper level rooms have a view of the water. The street downstairs is a row of hardware stores. If you’re looking for high end, this is neither the hotel nor the neighborhood. This is a clean hotel with competent staff who will not fawn over you, comfortable beds, and plenty of hot water in the shower.

The room was nice and clean, a little dark and the hallways were on sensor but they seemed a little delayed as it would often be dark all the way to our room. Proximity to different sites/landmarks was perfect to allow a little walking and leisurely window shopping and exploring. Restaurant for breakfast was always clean with amazing selections, worth the 20Eu to start the day. Staff was very hospitable and reactive when there was an issue or request.

Excellent location for exploring the city, plenty within walking distance and very close to the tram to Sultanahmet and the funicular to Istikal. Rooms are small, but a great choice if you plan to be out in the city most of the time.

A lovely hotel, wonderful reception staff, everything needed in the room and a really nice breakfast. A lovely chef made the omelettes and I wanted to thank her for her amazing service and smile. The reception team were very helpful and arranged all our trips. Great value. Expensive wine though. £10 a glass but at least it could be consumed in a lovely bar and restaurant with amazing views.
