Müşteri memnuniyetinin ön planda olduğu devamlı ve her alanda hissediliyor.Sadece otel çok kalabalık bazı yerlerde sıra oluyor.Yemekler bol ve çeşitli ama lezzet konusunda biraz sıkıntı var. Tatlılar güzel. Animasyonu çok beğendim. Otelin her yerinde bir ikram alanı var. Tekrar gelmeyi isterim.

Restoranda bulasikcinin gorevi garsonlara verildigi icin tek tek kirli tabaklari temizleyip organize etmeye calistiklarindan yetisemiyorlar ve temiz masa bulmak oldukca zor. Yemeklerde lezzetsiz ve ozensiz, beyaz peynir bile en en kotusu tercih edilmis. Yeme-icme ile ilgili sikintisi olmayanlar icin ideal bir otel. Cocuklu aileler icin dikkat edilmesi gereken sey ise mini club var ama yok. Gunde 1 saat hizmet veriyor, fakat cocuklari ailesine teslim etmek yerine etkinlik sonunda basi bos birakiyorlar. O cocuk tek basina havuza gitmis, denize gitmis ilgilenen yok. Mini club’a teslim edilen cocuk ailesine teslim edilir, basi bos birakilmaz!
