10/10 Exceptional

Initially I was quite upset at being told I would have to wait for my room to be ready despite checking in an hour after supposed check in time. The manager kindly intervened and upgraded my balcony standard room to a suite which shared rhe same view of the racecourse... food and drink were all great quality and I enjoyed my stay

The hotel is really well maintained and staff being nothing but friendly and welcoming. The location itself is central to everything old Bangalore has to offer which was perfect for me. I specifically want to call out Vim Sarkar, one of the Cafe Managers. During my 2 week stay, he took care of me every morning making sure I got what I needed. He even sent up some fruits to my room for midnight snack if I needed. He's an asset to the hotel!
