8/10 Very good

Clean, safe, comfortable room and bed in good location near the palace with classic furnishings. Friendly, helpful staff. And beautiful breakfast service. Price is commensurate with location and alternatives. A bit of street noise and neighbors the first night, but to be expected in prime in town location.

The high reviews this property consistently receives are merited. No more than a 10 minute walk to the Port and 5 minutes to the rear entrance to the Old Town. The team here are first class - so pleasant and helpful and so happy!! Breakfast is ‘personal’ and sets you up for the day.Room is more than adequate for 2 people.Highly recommended.

Splendida was a fabulous hotel in the heart of Split. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay an excellent experience. The included breakfast was the best and our room was spacious with a large balcony. The area the hotel is located in is dirty, however--no fault of the hotel!
