The hotel was generally good. The hotel generally felt very old and dated but the rooms and bathrooms were cleaned daily and well maintained. The location was good also. Very close to the train station and most local sightseeing and shopping destinations. The breakfast was definitely a major plus point and the staff were brilliant. The highly professional staff whom provided wonderful hospitality. The dinning buffet is pricy but worth the experience. My room was spacious, luxurious, comfortable, quiet, and very clean. The Breakfast and Dinner buffet team (Mouna and others) made me feel like royalty each day. I cannot express enough how welcome I was way made to feel, from the front desk agents, to Saad/Hamid the concierge, and the dinning room team. This Hilton property has become my first choice in Casablanca.

The Hotel is actually good, but the service was not that great. Beside that my room wasn't really ready at the beginning, such as missing towels, a empty mini bar and leftover from the guest before. The receptionist where friendly and always helpful. The only negative point is that the breakfast with 26euro is to expensive. I mean to be honest, its Morocco and not New york. If its would be 16euro, would be acceptable.
