The hotel is beautiful. Our room very nice. Large with balcony. Unfortunately we only had one robe in the bathroom and it took a very long time to have someone bring up another robe for my husband. We also asked for ice, and that also took 20 minutes. The terrace restaurant is absolutely beautiful. We went for late drinks and dinner. The food presentation was very nice, but the shrimp was very overcooked, and my sushi dry. The waiter we had was very nice, but he did not speak a word of English. We had questions about the menu items and could not get any information.

The bathroom was poorly designed with a shower that floods the entire bathroom due bad drainage in the shower. Upon checkout the front desk tried to upcharge for breakfast which we already paid upon booking the room which we spent 15 min arguing over. They wanted proof from the email confirmation so there’s big disconnect here between hotels.com and the hotel itself that’s very upsetting and will deter us from future business.
