We did a day trip to see Pittsburgh and our stay at the hotel was wonderful. The staff were amazing. The place was clean and the room was really nice. We were on the 15th floor and we could only see a little bit of the river but it was nice. The rest of the view was of downtown. As we pulled up we were greeted with valet service which I would recommend doing. Parking is pretty expensive in the city no matter what you do.

Stayed for the St.Patrick’s Day parade. Everything was walkable. Parking was expensive but so worth the valet. We parked and didn’t move the whole weekend. Evening drink/ snack service was nice but the snacks were gone within 30 minutes. Room was huge! Would stay again.

The hotel is well maintained and clean. We had a little difficulty ar first because our cards wouldnt work, but it was taken care of quickly. We ate in the hotel restaurant Ollies and it was very good. I loved the brisket sandwich . The waiter Allen was very nice . Breakfast in the morning had a very large spread with omelets made to order . The views of the city was amazing, and it was a short walk to our venue for the concert we were atrending.

Wonderful stay! Staff were very friendly and helpful. We parked offsite but very nearby and affordable options. Location was amazing, we were able to walk to lots of eateries and shops, as well as the symphony. Room was more spacious than we anticipated and very clean. We particularly enjoyed the evening happy hour with generous and complimentary beverages. Would definitely stay again!

This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the subway, restaurants, and other businesses. The staff at the front desk performed their jobs well. We used some amenities such as the free buffet breakfast, which tasted good and had friendly service. Valet parking in a public garage costs more than mentioned on this website, so we parked our vehicle ourselves. Our room was nicely decorated, clean, quiet, comfortable, and, aside from a few things in the bathroom, was in very good condition.

Fantastic 3 night stay. Large spacious room and bathroom and both very clean. There was a kitchenette, fridge, coffee machine, microwave, room safe, lounge and desk. Also 2 Guest laundries. Reception is on the 25th floor as is the restaurant and bar which offer stunning views over the city and the Pittsburgh Pirates Baseball Stadium. It's an excellent Central location with an easy walk to everything. A cooked to order Breakfast is included. Very comfortable bed and pillows, very quiet and a great sleep. The shower has great hot water and water pressure. Only about 10 minutes easy walk to the Amtrak Station, Pirates Baseball Stadium. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful in all areas, with a special shout out to Julie in the bar and lunch time guy (didn't get his name). Fantastic stay and would definitely be my first choice again!

Loved our room! We stayed in a two bedroom suite-much better than getting two rooms like we normally have to do. It wasn’t too expensive, but we felt like we were in a luxury hotel with the helpful bellhop taking our bags to our room for us. We declined room service, but asked for fresh towels - they went the extra mile and emptied our trash cans, too. They even replaced a bar of soap that slipped behind the sink. It’s the little things that really make a difference. Complimentary breakfast was not what you’d expect- tons of options, plus an omelette station. Also complimentary cocktails and snacks during happy hour was a wonderful extra. Everyone was very friendly. Only two small “complaints” - the shower made a loud noise, and the elevator was right outside one of the bedrooms which was very loud throughout the night. Switching the bed to the other side of the room would probably help. We will stay here again.
